The Goan Coastal Odyssey is back - India's longest open water swimming challenge. A 20 km swim along the beautiful coast of North Goa. Three formats: - Solo Swim: 1 x 20 km - 2 Person Team: 2 x 10 km - 4 Person Team: 4 x 5 km Swimmer safety comes first. Trained lifeguards and kayakers swim alongside you, with GOWSC boats for nutrition, hydration and first aid. Eligibility (timed swim proof needed): - 4 x 5 km relay: 2.5 km / 3.8 km - 2 x 10 km relay: 5 km - 20 km solo: 10 km / 16 km Checkpoints: 5 km within 2.5 hr, 10 km within 5 hr, 20 km within 10 hr.
